The Denver Property Group's property management includes:
- Leasing (normally on a one year basis)
- Collection of Rents
- Repair Ordering
- Eviction Proceedings
- Payment of all expense items from a rental stream
Costs of Property Management Are:
- 10% of the monthly rental charge
- One half of one month's rent to lease the property, with
a limit of no more than two such fees per calendar year
Accounting Procedures and Reports:
- Expenses are paid out of the monthly rental income
- When all rents have been collected and expenses paid, the
remaining funds are returned to owners with a year-to-date accounting for each
property
- Owner pays the mortgage, taxes, insurance, and
condominium fees
- The management of rental property can be run on a
business basis. Emergency repairs, evictions, leasing, and other
management functions will be handled in a professional manner.
